Hi!
I am so exciting to start this blogging journey with you :) but first, I would love to introduce myself to you!
I'm Karie, owner of ReiLynn Deisgns a newborn photography prop shop, mother to an amazing little girl and co-owner of a newborn photography studio with my partner, Amber.
This blog is to share some of my creativity, business experience and inspirations with fellow photographers and designers.
- I am completely addicted to coffee- and not just the good kind. I'll drink the crap out of some bad coffee too.
- While I'm not picky about coffee, I am strangely picky about pop- cold Pepsi in a can please!
- I'm the 3rd oldest of 9 siblings- so I pretty much "mom" everyone I meet.
- I love Marvel Movies - I actually watch them all during huge crochet binges- the best part- my little girl loves them too!
- I have one tattoo- a small green ladybug. It represents fertility and luck. Most people think it is a mole.
- I am a total hippy, world peace, meditation, malas and yoga all the way (plus bras are totally over rated.)
- The town I live in is home to the 2nd largest street festival in the US and I eat all snacks and meals for the entire week at the food trucks. Out of the thousands of people that go, the food trucks know my order as I'm walking up.
- I started my first business so I could make money on the side while being a stay at home mom- eight years ago.
- My favorite thing about vacation is meeting new people. Cruises are the best, because the new people you meet are stuck on there with you the whole week!
- When I was running out of "fun facts" I asked Amber, and she said "Super creative and adventurous when it comes to setting big life goals." - I'm going to interpret that into, unrealistic expectations about life :)
